ACH Debit - Enrollment Form - If you would like to have your maintenance payments directly debited from your bank account, please download this form and submit to Campbell Property Management with a voided check.
Payment Options - This sheet shows the available methods of payment that Timberwalk Homeowners have when paying their HOA dues. Architectural Review Form - If you wish to install a screen enclosure, brick pavers or change the exterior of the unit, including landscaping, you must first have prior written approval from the HOA and Loggers Run. Please print, complete this form and submit to Campbell Property Management for approval. Work may not commence until written approval is received. The Architectural Review Board for Loggers Run meets the second Monday of every month. Master Insurance Certificate 2020/2021 - This insurance covers common areas only. Unit owners are required to obtain their own insurance to cover their unit and personal belongings. NOTE: If you need a personalized insurance certificate for your lender, please contact Campbell Property Management at 561-451-9992.
Clubhouse Rental Form - If you wish to reserve the clubhouse for an upcoming event, please complete these forms and submit them to Campbell Property Management with the required rental fee and deposit.
Pickup Trucks Registration Form - Certain pickup trucks, conforming to Loggers' Run and Timberwalk Association, are now allowed. Before being placed, stored or parked on Timberwalk property, the owner of the pickup must obtain written approval of the board of Directors.
Estoppel Requests
Be sure to also include Estoppel for Loggers Run when submitting your Timberwalk Association Estoppel.
